I am based in Orpington and offer MANUAL driving lessons. I endeavour to make all my driving lessons enjoyable and fun but structured in a way that ensures my pupils learn all the skills to not only pass their driving test but also to continue driving safely in future years.

What do I need to do to get started ?

All you need to do to start lessons is be 17 or over and have obtained a provisional driving licence. You do not need to have passed your theory test prior to starting driving lessons.

I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about starting to drive to think ahead and plan accordingly. Delays for both theory and driving tests are likely to be considerable so book your theory test as early as possible (likely to be a couple of months lead time). You can only book your driving test once you have passed the theory test.

Lessons

Driving lessons are structured in line with the DVSA requirements. My priority is to ensure the pupil develops their driving skills in a safe and friendly environment. However, my aim is to not only teach the skills required to pass the practical driving test but to ensure my pupils enjoy the lessons. Learning to drive can be very stressful so I ensure the content is delivered in a friendly and relaxing way. Ultimately this helps you relax, learn quickly and enjoy the whole driving experience.

drivers who have failed their test and need help preparing for their next attempt
drivers who have already passed their test but need a confidence boost or refresher lessons
motorway lessons
guidance for parents / partners as part of a standard lesson

Great drive from Oliver this morning (31st October) who passed at the first attempt at Sidcup TC with just 4 minor driving faults.
Another first time pass, this time Barnaby who passed at the first attempt in Sidcup this afternoon (6th November) with just 2 minor driving faults.
Early start but another first time pass this morning (26th November). This time Rosie passed at Sidcup TC at the first attempt with just 2 minor driving faults.
Great result this morning (9th December) for Josie who passed at the 2nd attempt at Sidcup with just 3 minor driving faults.
Great start to 2025 (6th January) with a second attempt pass for Molly at Sidcup. Just 2 minor driving faults.
Huge congratulations to Rosie who passed at the first attempt this afternoon (8th January) at Sidcup TC with just 4 minor driving faults.
Early start this morning (24th January) but worth it to see Isabelle pass at the first attempt at Sidcup TC with 0 faults.
2nd test of the day (24th January) and the same result. Another first attempt pass, this time Finn passed at Sidcup TC with yet another 0 fault drive.
